While SunShine Pizza has been around since 1981, Todd Stansbury originally opened Sunshine Pizza and left the restaurant in 1994 to pursue the culinary arts being trained under Mary Fozio in California. In 1989 Todd returned to Sunshine Pizza, changing the menu a bit with a vision of creating St. Helens finest Italian dining experience.
